#DYK Head Start staff collaborate with dental professionals to identify and address oral health concerns for our enrolled children as well as incorporating oral health education into our curriculum. Children learn about the importance of brushing, flossing, and regular dental check-ups. They also learn about healthy eating habits and how diet impacts oral health.
