Before we break for the holiday season we’d to convey my warmest holiday wishes to each of you. Happiness and Joy do not come from gifts, trinkets or wealth. It comes from the small magic spark of caring and love, everyday miracles if you will, that we sometimes take for granted. These are all things that bring wonder and magic to our daily lives, but probably go unnoticed because we are too busy to watch, listen, or feel the magic. To children, these items are fresh and new and small children can truly see the magic spark of caring and love. They find wonder and magic in the mundane because everything is exciting and new and their joy for life is so strong.

So we ask of you this holiday season to look for the small magic spark of caring and love that fills the world around you, it is there, you just have to open your heart to see and feel it. Even if you find yourself alone due to social distancing, remember to look for the magic, joy and happiness that is hidden in our everyday lives. Look for the magic spark of caring and love all around you, in the cold brisk wind, in the stars at night, and inside yourself. You are a magic spark of caring and love, look inside, cultivate and cherish that spark. You can choose to experience happiness right now, instead of spending a lifetime of pursuing happiness; and remember “Magic exists. Who can doubt it, when there are rainbows and wildflowers, the music of the wind and the silence of the stars? Anyone who has loved has been touched by magic.

May you experience the Magic this Holiday Season!
